Perfectly located in the Medina of Fes, close to the main entrance. Great Breakfast on the rooftop, very clean rooms. Best thing still was the friendliness of owner and staff, you feel truly welcomed. A Home away from Home.

Thé best place
Dar Mehdi is a very wonderful and traditional house, it is amazing and calm. I recommend you to choose it when your destination will be to Fes. Mohammed is a very helpful, friendly, sociable, kind and well educated man. Anytime you need help, you find Mohammed ready to with a big smile.

Good location.
Good location.. near important sights. Staff very friendly and personable.. took good care of us.
A little hard to find. It is inside a twisting alleyway in the mist of Médina. Car cannot get in there, so one has to walk in with luggage’s using a offline map to navigate. But that is the way all Riads are like... part of the experience. It is manageable.

Very enjoyable!
The place was cosy,like being at home.The staff were very friendly and accommodating .Mohamed helped us with our luggage a lot.The breakfast was nice , and taken on the rooftop with a great view. We had Moroccan mint tea many times which was on the house.Dar Mehdi also recommended a good guide for our tour of Fes. We would be happy to stay at Dar Mehdi again next time.
